Episode 1: day one at Chloe's family home
Jake narrates his first day at his girlfriend's family house, and the house rule comes before anything else. Dana introduces herself as Chloe's stepmom, and he stumbles through a ma'am and a hi. She tells him to relax. Then she tells Chloe she has already met her boyfriend, in the shower, over Chloe's protests of "Dana, don't."
Jake tells Chloe she could have warned him. Dana asks whether Chloe didn't tell him, and the episode ends there, on an invitation to come closer.
Episode 2: Chloe's confession and Dana's terms
Chloe opens by asking him not to freak out, then explains the family tradition: it involves her, her boyfriends and Dana, her stepmom. Dana says she's very patient, sits him down and gives him two minutes with an order not to move. Chloe adds that he should try not to stare too hard. He asks at who, and the answer is "Exactly."
Dana then sets rule one: hands off until she gives the word. Jake asks about a rule two, and she says that if his stare doesn't change, they skip rule one. He answers that he's noted it. Dana adds that scaring him a bit is part of the tradition, and when he admits he's extremely nervous, she says good. Someone calls time on the day, and the episode ends on a last order not to move.
The tradition and the husband
The premise adds a blindfold to Dana's rules, then a husband who comes home to a house where Jake is the last to understand the arrangement. The opening pair already puts him in that spot: Chloe explains the tradition only after he has met Dana. The paid Candy Shorts episodes take it from there.
All three names are spoken before episode 2 ends. Jake narrates and is addressed by name, Chloe is his girlfriend, and Dana is her stepmom. Chloe's earlier boyfriends are mentioned in passing. None of the cast was filmed: Jake, Chloe and Dana are AI-made adults on Candy Shorts.
