Privacy Policy: What This Site Stores and Shares

Updated · By Alexander P.

This site has no accounts, comments, forms or analytics, and it sets no cookies. It keeps one setting in your browser, a local-storage flag that remembers you confirmed you are 18 or older, and that flag stays on your device. If you email me, I receive your address and message. Links to candy.ai lead to a service with its own privacy notices.

What happens to your data

Three things can involve your data when you use this site, and the table covers each of them.

18+ confirmation, a local-storage entry named taffy_age_ok with the value 1Your browser onlySkips the age screen on your next visit

Who is responsible

Candy Shorts NSFW is run by its author, Alexander P. Privacy questions and requests go to csseriesguide@gmail.com.

What this site does not do

There are no accounts, comments or contact forms here, and no search box, so the site gives you nowhere to type personal details. No analytics, advertising or tracking code runs on its pages. Fonts, images and scripts load from this site's own files, so opening a page does not make your browser contact an outside service. No video player or social widget from another site is embedded.

The site sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. The age screen is the one notice you meet on arrival.

The 18+ flag in your browser

When you press the button on the age screen, a small script stores one entry in your browser's local storage. The key is taffy_age_ok and the value is 1. On your next visit the page reads that entry and skips the screen. It is not a cookie, your browser does not send it to this site with page requests, and I do not see it.

Clearing your browser's data for this domain removes the entry, and the age screen comes back. If your browser blocks local storage, the site still works, and the screen returns on each new page you open.

Tools that run in your browser

The Matchmaker, which turns three answers into three suggested series, and Tonight's pick, a deck of series to swipe, run inside the page on information the page already holds. Your choices and swipes are not stored and not sent anywhere. The short creator clips load from this site and start playing only while they are on your screen.

Links to candy.ai

Buttons and links to candy.ai carry an affiliate code in the address. The code is the same for all visitors and identifies this site, not you. The links open candy.ai in a new tab and ask your browser not to pass along the page you came from.

Once you arrive, candy.ai, operated by EverAI Limited, handles your data under its own Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice, both published on its Legal Information page. Read them before you create an account there.

If you email me

When you write to csseriesguide@gmail.com, I receive your address and whatever you put in the message. I use them to answer you and, for a correction, to note what changed on the page. I do not add addresses to a mailing list, and this site has no way to send you anything by itself. Your message also passes through the mail service behind that address, which applies its own terms.

Your rights

Apart from emails you choose to send, I hold no personal data about you. You can still ask what I hold, ask me to correct or delete an email you sent, or object to how I use it, by writing to the same address. I do not sell personal data. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Minors

The site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and a parent who finds a message from a minor can ask me to delete it.

Changes to this policy

This policy applies from October 20, 2026. When it changes, the new text replaces the old one on this page, and the update date at the top of the page moves.
