Dad's New Girlfriend runs six episodes on Candy AI Shorts. In the second one, which played on my Premium account, Colette tells her boyfriend's son to get in her car because his dad is out for hours.
Can you watch Dad's New Girlfriend free on Candy Shorts?
Partly. The first two episodes are on the house, the next four ring up at 12 tokens apiece, and finishing the run costs 48. Episode 1 needs no sign-up at all on Candy Shorts, and episode 2 needs a free Candy.ai account. The episode map shows where that leaves a Premium month's allowance, and the free route, step by step walks through it.
Episode 1: milk, a tip machine and a limit
The first episode lasts about a minute and works as a setup, not a scene. Milk from the fridge is offered and declined. Then someone tests the tip machine, trying to leave more than it allows, wonders aloud whether it can be done and learns it can't. No name is spoken, and the flirting stays in the tone of voice. What the opener really plants is the coffee-shop world, where tips and smiles change hands. Episode 2 builds on it.
Episode 2: Colette and her stalker of the day
Episode 2 runs closer to ninety seconds. A man asks a woman for her number. She says she's off the clock, and when he mentions the tip he left, she says it paid for service with a smile. Then one man warns another away from that coffee shop, insisting the women there flirt for tips and drain your wallet.
The lead spots Colette's car and asks how she's been. She tells him she just shook off her stalker of the day, which ties her to the man from the opening scene. He admits he'd stalk her too if she weren't dating his dad. She says it's too hot out there to pretend she didn't enjoy that. Then she ends the episode by inviting him in with a nickname: "Get in, Romeo." His father, she adds, is gone for hours.
Colette gets the single name in the opening pair, and the lead says it himself when he spots her car. He stays unnamed. His father exists only as a topic, the reason the next few hours are free. Colette and the people around her are AI-made adults, generated rather than filmed.
What six episodes can do with a household crush
The setup is chemistry with a built-in problem. Colette is easy company and hard to look away from, and the series asks how long her boyfriend's son can treat a glance as harmless. Episode 2 answers the first half, since she's the one who closes the distance, and she does it by inviting him in. Six episodes leave space for much more than one encounter. Anything after that invitation is for the paid episodes to show.
Clothed for now, adult later
My explicitness grade is 4 out of 5. At that level, adult scenes occupy much of the paid run on Candy AI Shorts. Neither free episode gets there: the screen stays clothed, and the flirt moves from jokes to an invitation. The explicitness scale behind my grade spells out the other levels.
Where I land on Colette
Take it if you like one love interest who sets the pace and a tease built out of dialogue. Look elsewhere if you want the story to move fast, because the opening stretch is two short scenes and one invitation.
